TDAnimals changelog

Version shipped with BuildUp: 0.8.0

0.8.0 · 0.7.0 · 0.6.0 · 0.5.0 · 0.4.0 · 0.3.0 · 0.2.0 · 0.1.0

0.8.0

  • Hand a silk-leash pull, break, restore or death update to the server thread when the other animal is outside the ticking region. Nearby leashes stay on the regional tick. The global commit reads both animals again and claims each pair once.
  • Keep serial region ticks on the actual server thread local, and discard queued leash restores when either animal died, changed worlds or no longer requests that connection.

0.7.0

  • Close roly-poly inventories when their chest, animal, owner, dimension or interaction range becomes invalid, and clear dropped slots to prevent stale inventory access and item loss.
  • Preserve silk-leash connections while partners are unloaded or offline, including saves before the partners return.
  • Keep NeoForge's cancellable mob-splitting event for every slime color.
  • Preserve sea-bunny harvest and ferret digging cooldowns across saves; sea-bunny buckets retain the harvest cooldown.
  • Preserve tamed dragonfly health bonuses and hiding snail defenses after loading.
  • Consume panda food once per healing action and allow full-health pandas to use normal breeding and growth interactions.
  • Respect disabled mob spawning, spectators, world borders and available population slots in the lush-cave spawner, and use NeoForge spawn checks.
  • Reuse food-search targets with current item checks and less frequent path recalculation, and avoid allocating empty behaviour maps.

0.6.0

  • Stop natural otter spawning and breeding when 12 living, loaded otters are within a 64-block radius. Babies and named or persistent otters count toward the same limit; existing animals are preserved.

0.5.0

  • Unify all integrated code and assets under All Rights Reserved, reflecting the arrangements confirmed by the maintainer with the original authors.

0.4.0

  • Preserve the original animal resource bytes across Windows checkouts and artifact builds.
  • Update the verified Gradle wrapper and build workflow to Gradle 9.8.1.

0.3.0

  • Use an explicit after-invocation injection for silk leash cleanup on death, removing the Mixin shift-limit warning while preserving the injection position.

0.2.0

  • Remove the internal white slime ball item and render colored slime particles directly from its texture.
  • Display all integrated content as TDAnimals in mod-name tooltips and recipe viewers while preserving existing mod and registry IDs.

0.1.0

  • Integrate Colored Slimes, Animal Garden - Red Panda, and Critters and Companions into one TDAnimals JAR while retaining their mod IDs and 100 registry IDs.
  • Remove the Critters red panda entity, spawn egg, sounds and assets; both original Animal Garden variants replace it. Existing Critters pandas and spawn eggs are not migrated.
  • Use Animal Garden's natural red panda spawns and remove the legacy panda spawn option from the Critters configuration.
  • Keep Architectury, GeckoLib, and YetAnotherConfigLib as external dependencies, with optional Curios support.
  • Add the initial mod foundation for Minecraft 1.21.1 and NeoForge 21.1.250 or newer.
  • Exclude local Vanilla reference assets used in Blockbench from builds and source JARs.
