AE2 Inscriber presses and BuildUp's Universal Press
BuildUp adds craftable Inscriber presses. The reusable Universal Press also combines printing operations for AE2, Mega Cells, ExtendedAE, Advanced AE and Neo ECO AE.
Craftable presses, the Universal Press and these added recipes belong to BuildUp. Check your pack version if the recipe viewer does not show them. A wiki update does not install game content.
Craft individual presses
Surround the centre ingredient with eight Iron Ingots in a normal 3×3 table:

These provide an alternative to searching for presses. The Universal Press initially requires the four ordinary AE2 presses.
Craft the Universal Press
Use a normal 3×3 table:

This consumes four Sky Steel Ingots, a Slimeball and one of each ordinary AE2 press, producing one Universal Press.
Print in the Inscriber
Put the Universal Press in the upper press slot and the material in the centre. The press is retained.

These are printed intermediates. You still need subsequent processor assembly and its ingredients. Existing individual presses and their recipes remain usable.
Duplicate presses and build the Circuit Cutter
An Inscriber with the Universal Press above one Iron Block prints another Universal Press while keeping the original. An ExtendedAE Circuit Cutter can also turn one Iron Block into a Universal Press.
The Crystal Assembler has this additional Circuit Cutter recipe:
